CRS Education Policies


  • Students may register for a class but will not be guarenteed a seat until payment is made in full.  This can be made via phone call to 1-800-230-2969 or email.


  • A Student may CANCEL individual class seat and receive a full refund up to 14 days prior to the start date of the class.  If there is a cancellation less than 14 days but more than 7 days we will refund all but $50 of your paid tuition and apply it towards store credit.  NO Refunds will be issued if a class is cancelled 7 or fewer days prior to the start date of the class.

     

  • Students will be provided with pencils, pens, note pads and high lighter. CRS also will provide a continental breakfast, drinks and lunch for all paid attendees.

      

  • Upon completion of any IICRC class there will be a Certification Test that is optional to the student for a fee of $50 to be paid to the IICRC.


  • If a student fails or decides at the time to not take the exam they may re-test and  this will have to be scheduled between the student and John Carter but first you must line it up with the IICRC.


  • When you attend our classes here at CRS we always offer for class participants special discounts on chemicals, accessories, equipment, etc.  We appreciate your attendance and taking the time out of your business to further your knowledge in the cleaning & restoration field.  Make sure you read our cancellation policy above!  No seat is guaranteed until it is paid for.

    If you happen to fail your exam for the IICRC and are in need of retaking the exam, you can contact the IICRC and notify them that you would like to re-test here at CRS and  any Exam would need to be scheduled with the office prior.
